Contract Management

The key to a successful handover is good planning and communication.

Our contract managers are all employed from within the industry, having gained many years' experience in controlling the process, from before it begins right through to final handover.

Recruitment, Training and Development

All construction cleaning staff are directly employed UK nationals and 100% of our team carry at least a basic CSCS card.

AT MJF Facilities Management, we also invest heavily in staff training and development, with over 85% of our team having undertaken PASMA training whilst possessing IPAF qualifications, showcasing us a genuine industrial cleaning contractor.
